Diane was born and raised in Fresno, California, and developed an early appreciation for accounting and tax strategy through her mother, a CPA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accountancy Option from California State University, Fresno, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Diane began her career in public accounting as an intern, where she learned the fundamentals of bookkeeping and tax preparation, and later transitioned into a full-time role after completing her degree. Over the years, she gained broad experience preparing compiled, reviewed, and audited financial statements, performing pensionaudits, and preparing high net worth individual returns as well as S corporation, C corporation, and partnership tax returns. Diane became a licensed CPA in January 2014 and have since worked closely with clients across a variety of industries, including agriculture, food service, manufacturing, trucking, convenience stores, and real estate. Before leaving public accounting, she managed large client groups, including high-net-worth individuals, and I enjoy building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and clear communication.
Diane is passionate about helping clients understand complicated tax matters and proactively identifying opportunities to mitigate tax liabilities while remaining fully compliant. She takes pride in delivering clear, thoughtful advice that supports both short-term decisions and long-term financial goals.
Diane is married with two children, and when she’s not getting her kids where they need to be she enjoys nature walks, reading, and playing the piano when time allows.
